The most important part to me about being a nanny is just being a positive influence on them. Trying to help them enjoy being little kids and have fun. I think if i am more worried about being “stern and in charge” their memory of their childhood could be negatively affected.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite and also saddening moments working with my kiddos was definitely having to stop working because i was moving. The staff and mainly the kids, threw me a party for being a helping hand and a bunch of my girl id care for got my cute gifts or made me cute cards. It showed mot only how much I truly loved my kids but also that i had left an impact on their lives in some way.
