Most important part about being a nanny is knowing your kid, loving your kid , knowing when your kid is hurting. You have to love your kid/kids as if they are your own. I don’t ever want them to hurt or cry because it breaks my heart. So to me the most important part is making sure they feel like family and making sure they know they can count out you!
