Part-Time Nanny Job: The Heikkila Family with 1 Child
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver for our wonderful 2.5-year-old son. He is a happy, joyful boy who also happens to have special needs. Because he is G-tube fed and requires a regular medication schedule, we are looking for someone comfortable with, or willing to be trained on, medical support.
The Details:
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible on days).
Key Responsibilities: Engaging with our son, managing G-tube feedings/meds, and occasionally assisting with transportation to therapy appointments in Green Bay.
The Big Picture: Mom works from home and is currently expecting twins! We need someone to bridge the gap while Mom navigates a tough first trimester.
Long-term: We’d love to find someone who can grow with us and transition into helping with the twins once they arrive in the early fall.

One parent works full-time remotely at home, and occasionally needs to travel for work so schedule could change during travel days. Looking for someone to help facilitate kids' learning through play and activities. Nanny will also be responsible for preparing basic lunches (based on provided ingredients) and helping kids tidy up rooms after day of fun. Three kids need nanny care - 9, 7 and 5 years old. Support needed Monday through Friday, 9am to 3:30pm. Ideally starting beginning of September.

Do you have availability to care for an infant 3 full days per week? We would hope to do a Tues-Thurs schedule weekly from 7/8am to 4/5pm, with some flexibility if work commitments on Monday or Friday popped up. Our daily times can also be flexible if need be as my husband works completely remotely.
