Full-Time Nanny Job: The Rider Family with 3 Children
Full-time nanny/family assistant for 3 children (including infant). Primary focus is childcare throughout the day, with responsibilities shifting based on schedules. Duties include infant care (feeding, naps, play), helping with younger child during the day, and after-school support for older child. During downtime: kids laundry, tidying play areas/kitchen resets, light meal prep, bottles. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00 p.m. (35 guaranteed hrs). 1-2x/month, one day shifts later (11:00am-7:00 p.m. or 12:00pm-8:00pm) with notice. Looking for someone proactive, organized, and reliable who takes initiative. Pay: $25-$30/hr + PTO, holidays, guaranteed hours. Occasional optional travel (expenses covered).

We are soon to move to Charlotte and looking for a well trained and experienced nanny to look after our little girl during the day. This job would start the first week of August 2026, length of time is TBD but minimum 18 months. Her father and I both work from home for a living, but will require a full-time nanny to look after her while we work Monday-Friday approximately 8:30am to 5:00pm (some flexibility with the time range). In- home is preferred, but open to local nanny share opportunity as well.
