Babysitter Job: The Chaney Family with 1 Child
We’re looking for a wonderful, reliable sitter for our 10-month-old in the East Aurora area.
We’re hoping to find someone who can be a regular part of our childcare routine, with a standing Tuesday date night each week. We’d also love someone who has flexibility for the occasional weekend evening, daytime weekend help, or overnight, particularly when one of us has work travel.
Our ideal sitter:
Has experience caring for infants, ideally babies around our little one’s age
Is CPR/First Aid certified (especially infant CPR)
Is warm, attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoys caring for babies
Is reliable and comfortable taking the lead while we’re away
Is comfortable with bottles, solids, naps, bedtime routines, etc.
Has references we can contact
Is open to an ongoing relationship rather than just occasional one-off babysitting
Our schedule is flexible, and we're happy to work with the right person around their availability. We’re hoping to find someone who could become a trusted, long-term sitter for our family. Also noting we have a puppy who is very excitable and we working on training, so must be comfortable with dogs!

He likes to make breakfast and sing. We are looking for someone to spend time with him after school and on weekends so that he can be more independent. Hi! I have two girls Nora, 2 years & 10 months old and Haley, 16 months old. My husband Andy works remote for Keybank. He will be home while the girls are being babysat. Nora will be starting 3 year old preschool Tuesday/Thursday's 9:30am-12:15pm in September. Andy will be dropping her off & picking her up. We have a miniature golden doodle named Carmen. She has a lot of energy but is a sweet pup. She will need to be let out to use the bathroom but other than that will just hang around the house while you are there. I will need child care for three days a week - Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. We live in a village setting with a small playground at the end of the street. The girls love to play outside and go on walks.
