A little bit about us…
Hi there! My name is Courtney and my daughters names are Nikkal (3yr) and Austra (1yr). I’m looking for someone to help us out around the house as I work full time from home.

I work CST hours so I’m looking for someone to come in from 10AM-6pm M-F. This is a full time position with a long term requirement. This means I’m hoping to find someone who can work with us for a long time (more than a year, hopefully at least two!)

I’m not open to nanny share at this time.

These are the main qualification/ requirements of the job:
* You’ll need to have your own car to come and go from the house.
* Being open minded, or familiar with natural parenting styles - see below for more details. .
* Comfortable with nursing
* Comfortable either learning or helping with cloth diapering
* Comfortable with respectful parenting techniques
* Willing to learn EC. This is very easy, you don’t need to have prior experience with it, I’ll show you how it works
* Light meal prep - I can prepare meal plans & prep for things. Let me know if you’d feel comfortable cooking or not. (Either way, it’s just for me to know as meal preparation is a plus for me).
* Possibly doing a load of laundry if time allows

Some benefits:
* Benefits provided by Nanny Lane including Healthcare
* End of year bonus (yes, I’m happy to pay this & negotiate what it is)
* Weekends off
* Two happy girls and a (mostly) calm working environment 🙂

Other notes:
Nikkal will be starting pre-k in the fall, so she won’t be home until ~2pm. This means there will only be the baby for most of the day once she’s at school.

Thanks so much for reading through and I hope to hear from you, soon!
