A little bit about us

Looking for a part time nanny for our 3 month old boy, starting in January. The hours will be 4-5 hours/day, Monday to Friday. We’re looking for someone with infant care experience, familiar with wake windows and potentially help us with sleep training during the day. My husband works from home full time and I work from home 2 days/week. We are hands on parents and will be with the baby as much as we can. The nanny duties will mainly be taking care of James and his needs/development. If he’s napping, the time is yours.

I'd hope to have someone who knows about child development and can help foster his skills while I'm not there. We want someone who will be able to join our family for more than a few months, and can be like a big sister to our little man. He does not watch tv, so you'd need to be engaged during his wake windows. When he naps I expect very light housework only related to him (I do not expect you to do our dishes, or clean our messes).
