A little bit about us

Hello! We are looking for a kind and self-starting person that helps our family care for our daughters: 5 year old (after school) and 20 month old.

Expectations include school pick- up (with our car), light meal prep, tidying/organizing, toy rotation, nap time, bedtime, diapering, taking them to activities/ playground/ library/ hikes.

We are a multicultural family, Colombian & Dutch, who embrace the seasons and spend time outdoors year-round. It’s is very important for us that our daughters play outside in nature regardless of the season. We dress for the weather :)

We have a no screen policy and ask that the nanny limits her use of cellphone during working ours for strictly needed matters. The children should not have access to her phone, nor watch videos, or tv.

During the fall ‘25, we are looking for support during 2 to 4 weekdays afternoons with a tentative schedule of 1:45-5:45pm approx. That’s the base, but there will be opportunities for additional hours if that’s desired, including adding a weeknight with an end time of 9pm and/or starting on Fridays at 9am if of interest. We anticipate to increase the number of hours as of January
