A little bit about us

We have two children from two families who are looking to nanny share. The youngest was born in May, but won't join until August when the mother returns to work. We will need a part time nanny (2-3 days a week) for the 13 month old until August. One parent works from home and will be around most of the time in case there is an emergency. There will also be a small dog present, but no care is needed for the dog.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 2+ years of professional nanny or childcare experience, especially with toddlers and school-age kids. CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified).

• Personality: Warm, patient, creative, and reliable. Someone who loves kids and can keep the energy high while maintaining structure and routines.

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean background check, non-smoker, references required.

• Passion for child development and creating joyful, educational moments every day.

Schedule & Compensation:
• Flexible schedule (approximately 40-50 hours/week, 40 hours guaranteed even if family is out of town, Monday–Friday).
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
