Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive care for our 20-month-old, including meal prep, diaper changes, and engaging activities.
• Assist with homeschooling our 9- and 4-year-olds, including supporting lesson plans, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Organize and lead engaging activities for all children, including outdoor play, STEM projects, and creative arts.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Help with light housekeeping related to the kids (e.g., tidying up toys, dishes, and occasional laundry).
• Ensure the children follow their daily routines, including meal times, nap schedules, and evening routines.
• Foster a positive, safe, and educational environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a nanny, teacher, or caregiver for children of various ages.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning styles.
• Patience, flexibility, and creativity in engaging with children.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule for travel.
Schedule:
This position is part-time with some flexibility. We need support during weekday mornings and afternoons, with occasional evening or weekend availability.
