Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ramsey Family with 1 Child
Hi! We're Coral and Taylor, an East Nashville family with a baby girl born at the end of July. We're looking for one other family to share a full-time nanny starting Jan 4.
The setup we have in mind:
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, roughly 8am-4pm but flexible
- Babies close in age, so naps and feeding schedules line up
- Happy to host at our home, and flexible if you'd rather alternate homes or host yourselves
- Wage depends on if doing a share or solo
Both of us work in software and work from home, and we each have a dedicated workspace, so the nanny runs the day with parents nearby but not in the way.
Operationally, each family would be an employer, and we'd use a payroll service. Everything will be documented before day one: guaranteed hours, paid time off after an initial period, sick-day rules, and exit clauses for either family. We'd like a short call, then a meetup with the kids, before anyone commits.
We follow a loose routine around naps and feeds, incorporating plenty of tummy time, books, and outdoor walks, and no screens at this age. Group chat for day-to-day updates plus a monthly check-in.

Wanting to find a long term baby sitter for my 10 month old baby boy. I am wanting to find someone who will become family. Who will travel with us to help out and babysit for date nights, work trips, and emergencies. Must be willing to travel as I would like him to come with us on work trips!

Our family is moving to Nashville in September! We are looking for childcare help weekday mornings starting at 6:30AM for about 4 hours a day. The primary job is to help our amazing almost 2 year old daughter get ready for school and drive her to daycare. After her day-care drop-off around 7:30, we would appreciate help with household chores such as laundry and cleaning, but we are willing to be flexible if fewer hours is preferable to you. Our needs may increase in the future to a full-time position with additional childcare, so we are hoping to connect with someone that will be a part of our family for a long time! Josiah Royale is a real example of a Bundle of Joy. He's everything sweet and has been a happy baby since birth. He very rarely cries unless he's ready for bed or bottle, then he wants to be laid down in the bed for sleep. He's in whole milk. He's very smart when he poops or too wet he tends to stand by you or tug your leg. He's very playful and just loves reading, listening to mommy sing, & watching his favorite show "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" or movie "Luca." Listener kids in YouTube is his jam and he's simply just a good baby who loves all the TLC. My work days vary cause I work for Vanderbilt PRN, so I'm just trying to pick up extra days a week any where from 2-4 days depending on the week. And what my schedule looks like and tbh pay is determined on that too, $14 is just a flat minimum rate. In-home care just care for him as he was your o n, with happy learning time, naps is a must, feeding, & keeping him in good spirits is all we can ask for. We are a family of four, he has two older siblings both girls, & mommy so we just trying to make the best of our lives. God has been better than good to us and we love someone who is flexible to join our team.
