Hello! My name is Renee. I am looking for a care provider to help out with my 1 year old during the day for about 3- 5 days a week. I have a wonderful Nanny now, but sadly she has headed back to school full time. Most likey I will need someone in the mornings/afternoons. My work schedule hours verify between 10am -4pm. With a night here or there that isn't weekly. Occasionally doing pick up for other sibling would be super helpful. I'm looking for Tues.-Fri but am slightly flexible.
It is important to me that the care provider I'm looking for has some sort of experience with babies, their development stages and what kind of play helps them learn at through out their different stages, weather brain development, cognitive, or motor skills. Also lots of hand on play and 1 on 1 attention is important. My little boy is a busy fella! He loves to move and he loves to eat. I am going to need someone that has their own transportation, is not a smoker and is comfortable with animals.( mostly a dog) Ideally I would prefer you to come here to my home, but I am open minded to outside care once or twice a week if it is needed or works out for both of us. I don't necessarily need house cleaning but tidying up through out the day, after mess making or cleaning up slight after meals and snacks if very helpful. I would also love someone who enjoys outside time play as well not just always playing inside! Nature, outside time, and individual freedom to learn and play are apart of our everyday.
Beside care for my baby boy , I am also in search of a baby sitter to come from time to time. In addition to my 1 yr old I have a 11 yr old daughter, and 13 yr old son.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Mir Family with 2 Children
A family in Durham, NC is seeking a dependable after-school nanny for our 4.5 and 7 year old children. We are looking for someone to pick up daily from school and provide afternoon care. You would drive them home and/or to afterschool activities (1-2x per week), take them to the park or library, or supervise them at home. Hours are 3.15 - 5.15 pm (Monday-Friday); with the option to add an additional 5 hours weekly if desired. We are ideally looking for someone who can commit from late August 2023 through early June 2024.

My partner and I have recently relocated to Durham and are exploring the possibility of a nanny sharing arrangement for our three-month-old son in the coming months. We are a non-smoking household without pets, and we're open to flexibility on several aspects. As remote workers, one of us has a flexible schedule, and we're open to discussing both traditional and non-traditional schedules. We're considering either full-time sharing or alternating days with another family. We're also open to driving within a 15-20 minute radius from our location on 9th Street/Duke to facilitate coordination.

We're prepared to pay between $15-$19 per hour as our portion of the nanny's compensation, contingent on their qualifications and the sharing arrangement. We can collaborate with the nanny and the other family to plan around vacation days and absences. In addition to non-negotiables like full vaccinations, non-smoking status, and a clean criminal/driving record for the nanny, we would appreciate someone who enjoys outdoor activities, has a background in childhood education, and enjoys reading and singing with children.
