Hi there, we've got 1 four-month old boy and are looking for someone to come take care of him 3-4x a week, for about 4-5hrs at a time. Mom and Dad work for nonprofits and educational institutions and are home most of the time - we just need an extra pair of hands! Will also need evening help and potentially overnights if possible (once a month or so). We do have an 80 lb golden retriever. no need to care for the dog but just be ok and sweet with him.

- communicating to us/parents about the day
- one big thing for us is being open to feedback (a lot of nannies say they are, but very few actually are...). and this goes both ways!
