Schedule & Location

Thursdays after 2:30 PM (West Hollywood)
Every other Friday: school pick-up in Laurel Canyon through Monday drop-off
Weekend live-in support in Topanga

Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, positive, and highly reliable Family Assistant/Nanny to support a father and his sweet, easygoing 5-year-old son. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, caring, and able to take initiative. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and enjoys creating structure and ease in a busy household.

The father has a demanding work schedule and values someone who can anticipate needs, problem-solve, and help manage daily responsibilities efficiently. Weekend live-in support is preferred to allow flexibility, even though the child sleeps very well.

Experienced caregiver with strong organizational skills
Calm, nurturing, and dependable
Able to manage household tasks independently
Comfortable supporting a busy, working parent
Open to live-in weekend support

Responsibilities

Childcare support and driving
Grocery shopping and meal preparation
Laundry, tidying, and organizing (kitchen and child’s room)
Managing appointments and schedules
Running errands and handling returns
Preparing breakfast
General household organization and support

Growth Opportunity

For the right candidate, there is potential to expand this role into a full-time position, including additional personal assistant and light property/location management duties. The father has Airbnb units on the property, and additional work may be available on non-custody days.
