We’re a warm, professional family seeking an experienced, nurturing, and reliable full-time nanny to care for our 6-month-old daughter. We're looking for someone who will become a trusted extension of our family—someone who is passionate about child development and will engage our daughter in age-appropriate play, routines, and learning as she grows.
What We’re Looking For
Loving and Attentive: You have a genuine love for infants and bring calm, warmth, and joy into a child’s daily life.
Experienced: At least 3+ years of nanny or infant care experience (bonus if you have early childhood development background).
Engaged and Present: You believe in intentional, screen-free play and are comfortable following a flexible routine.
Trustworthy and Communicative: You're reliable, open with communication, and understand the importance of a strong parent-caregiver partnership.
Proactive: You’re tidy, organized, and willing to lend a hand with light baby-related housekeeping (bottles, laundry, toys).
Daily Responsibilities
Feeding (bottles and solid food as introduced)
Diapering and maintaining nap schedule
Engaging in sensory-rich, developmentally appropriate play
Daily walks or outdoor time (weather permitting)
Keeping baby’s area clean and organized
Tracking milestones and maintaining open communication with us
Requirements
Infant CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP, COVID-19, Flu)
Non-smoker
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Background check and references required
We are excited to welcome someone who brings kindness, patience, and professionalism to our home. If you’re looking for a long-term role where you can make a lasting impact on a child’s early years—and be appreciated for it—we’d love to hear from you.
