Our apartment is a 2nd Floor walk-up, and you would need to be comfortable carrying the kids up and down the stairs at the same time. Baby takes a two hour nap during the day and oldest gets out of school at 3. Summer would require taking kids to the country club on nice days and to camp for three weeks.
