We’re planning ahead as we are expecting another child in March 2026 and want to ensure consistent care and support for our growing family.
Details:
• Location: Olathe, Kansas (near K-7)
• Schedule Needed: Monday through Friday, approximately 6:30am–3:00pm
• Parents’ Work Hours:• Mother: 6:00am–2:30pm (usually home by 3:00pm)
• Father: 7:00am–3:30pm (typically home around 4:00pm)
Our budget is very limited, but we’re hoping to connect with someone kind, dependable, and willing to work with us on an affordable arrangement. CPR certification and childcare experience are preferred. While our father-in-law assists occasionally, he is older and not able to take on full-time care.

Most of the time, it would be just the younger three, with my six year old only being there for about an hour after school. My four year old attends daycare at preschool Tues/Thurs mornings. My two year old is a busy boy that loves to play dinosaurs and the baby loves to roll around. She is a very easy baby. My four year old does have food allergies and a restricted diet to follow, however I make this easy by having clear instructions for food. Must be comfortable with first aid and epi pens in case of emergency.

We are the Brabec's and are excited to have someone join the chaos of everyday life with us!
We currently are on a great schedule for homeschool and fun but unfortunately mom (Kaila) does not get much alone time and the chores build up quickly. We need someone 2 or 3 days a week who is energetic but intentional that can play with the kids and assist with homeschooling tasks while Kaila is able to get some quality time with the kids individually. Also, one of the other main things we need assistance with is chores around the house (laundry and dishes mainly). As I said these build up quickly!
We love playing outside and live on a cul-de-sac with a huge yard (>1 acre) and desire someone who is also willing to play outside and facilitate play between the kids
Our 3 boys (Iven, Jeremiah, and Symeon) and girl (Elayne) are a lot of fun and enjoy spending time playing games, reading books, and playing outside. Number 5 is on the way (praise the Lord!) and we are anticipating needing help particularly during that transition.
