**Full-Time Family Assistant / Mother’s Helper Needed — Miami Area**
We are looking for a warm, reliable, proactive, and experienced nanny/family assistant to help care for our three boys — 1-year-old twins and a 4-year-old. Our ideal schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM, and Saturday, 6:30 AM–2:00 PM, although we are very open to hiring **two wonderful people to split the schedule and create two part-time positions**. We are looking for someone who truly comes alongside Mom and helps our household run smoothly — someone who is comfortable caring for the twins independently while Mom takes our 4-year-old to school, and occasionally caring for all three boys independently. Responsibilities include helping with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, bottles, age-appropriate play and activities, accompanying Mom and the children to outings/playtime, daily laundry, dishes, kitchen clean-up, and general tidying related to the children. Part-Time Nanny Job: The Anjan Family with 1 Child
We are seeking a nurturing and reliable nanny to provide long term care for our two-month-old baby.
The role will primarily involve supporting baby care including:
* Feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental play (tummy time etc)
* Prepare bottles and baby food; bottle sterilizer
* Complete baby-related laundry and keep the baby's spaces clean and organized
* Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
Additionally, to help with light household duties if time permits.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3pm (can be flexible with time)
Occasional weekend/evening babysitting
Start date: On or around August 25, 2026
Family Specifications:
* Smoke-free home
* One friendly mini-poodle
* One or both parents may work from home once a week
Requirements:
* Significant hands-on experience caring for infants, ideally beginning before age one
* Current Infant CPR and First Aid certification
* Strong safety knowledge, including safe sleep, feeding, choking prevention, and infant mobility/baby-proofing
* Real time communication
* Able to provide 2–3 recent professional childcare references, ideally including infant-care references
