Our family is loosely Montessori. We prioritize outdoors time, physical boundary exploration (i.e. learning to climb safely), independence, including the child in day-to-day activities like cooking, and no screen time before age 2.
Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Additional Responsibilities: light housework related to the child's care (meal prep, dishes, toy pickup)
Location: Roseville near Costco (Highland Park neighborhood)

We have one daughter Joelle who is almost 11 months old! She is a happy & healthy girl! We are looking for a part time nanny to come to our house 1-2 days a week to play with her, put her down for naps, feed her, etc while my husband and I are working. We have 2 small dogs, so looking for a dog lover as well! We both work hybrid schedules so typically one of us will also be home, but there may be some instances where we need to go into office or run errands.
