A little bit about us
Nola is about to complete her first year of kindergarten, Chance is in preschool until he starts TK at the same elementary school in August.
My husband and I both travel for work and have occasional events, so we're looking for a partner to help keep the trains on time. We're looking for someone to support with school pick up, light housekeeping and laundry (pertaining to kitchen & kid's spaces), and help with the dinner / bath / bed routine. A good match would be someone who takes initiative, can make sound decisions with enough context and critical thinking, and leads with fun and compassion for the kids.
We require a bit of flexibility as our schedules can change due to work, but we promise to always provide as much notice as possible.
We have a big dog named Rex who is a very good boy. We have regular housekeepers and dog walkers so the focus would be primarily on the kids and day to day organizing / cleaning. My husband and I work from the house, so we're likely to be around for the first few weeks until the caregiver is comfortable with the routine.
We generally aim for 630pm dinner, 730pm bath, 830pm books, 9pm lights out.
Nola introduces herself as an artist and a scientist, and can spend hours drawing and coloring. Chance is good at every sport, and will play outside as long as you let him.
