I’m a United pilot, Random schedule but I have my schedule a month out. On average We need two days before and after school per week. Drop off and pick up from school. Would help if nanny could drive to an activity when needed (I’d pay mileage rate in addition). Nanny share would be great.

I (Jonathan) work from home but my wife will be out of the house teaching twice per week so we need care for 2 of our boys (the oldest will be in school). Those two are 1- and 4-years old but both have birthdays in Oct, so they'll be 2 and 5 soon. We need childcare (in-home preferably) full day Tuesdays and half day Thursdays for now. Starting mid Aug through at least the end of the year. Approximate hours are 8:30am-5pm on Tuesday and 8:30am-12:30pm on Thursday. May also need help with school drop-off and pickup for the 4-year old sometimes (in Sept he will start preschool from 9am-noon).

We live near a park and would love to find someone who enjoys being active with the kids (walks, park play, backyard play, etc.). We do our best to avoid all screen-time on weekdays. No allergies in the house and no special needs or medical concerns with our boys.
