The Sheffield Family
Colorado Springs$15/hr  |  3 kids
Looking for a nanny to care for our 4-year-old twins and 1-year-old for 20-25 hours/week. Ideally we'd like someone to start each day around 9:30 and work for about 4 hours. However, we are flexible on exact hours each day as long as it is consistent from week to week. We want someone energetic, engaging, and patient, who has at least 4 years experience with the toddler/preschooler ages (early childhood development education accepted in lieu of work experience). If you enjoy pretending sofas are pirate ships or the floor is hot lava, like going to playgrounds and pretending to cook delicious dinners out of snow, enjoy art projects and sensory bins, and, most importantly, love the toddler/preschooler age specifically, we'd love to talk with you!

A few more details: Our boy/girl twins love to "get out and about," so we want someone who also really enjoys being outside. We also want someone who will plan interesting activities (e. g. art projects, fun pretend play, snowman building) during at-home time. The job would include feeding the kiddos lunch, light kid-related cleanup, driving the kids in our Acadia to get them "out and about", and putting the 1-year-old down for her nap.

Valley Legacy, Littleton$15/hr  |  2 kids
We are a family of four. We have twin 8 yo boys, one with epilepsy and on the ketogenic diet. (We prep the keto meals so you wld be involved in feeding the meals.) Our epilepsy son is intelligent and verbal but has some social delays so this person needs to be sped friendly, caring but firm on following house rules.

If you are a special ed student or want to go into pediatrics healthcare or peds private therapy, you will get good resume building good experience with us. Also the ketogenic diet for epilepsy is a very cutting edge (“the diet is the medicine”) therapy that is just starting to get a lot of attention but not many have hands on experience or know much about.)

The hourly rate will be based on your qualifications. Thx for your interest!
