Hi there! My name is Brittany and I'm a working, solo-mom expecting her first child at the end of November. I live in Parachute and work full-time in Rifle at the hospital with work-from-home on Wednesdays. With all food, clothing and play materials provided, my home is where all care would be.
I have a bedroom available to rent for the fair market value of one bedroom rentals [ie discounted care, willing to negotiate pay] in which the rest of the living space would be shared until either I am comfortable with leaving her in someone elses home and/or she starts pre-school. As a live-in provider, all utilities and basic groceries would be paid for by myself. Must have a reliable car. Pets are welcome. If you have a dog, they are welcome in the home as long as they are potty trained and trained to have around children. Otherwise, they must be kept in the back yard during the day [with all poop picked up before the end of the shift or as part of your routine] and in your room at night.
