A little bit about us

I am looking for a part-time nanny for my almost 9-month-old son. We live about half a mile from downtown Silver Spring. Ideally we are looking for about 12-15 hours of care a week but could get by with a little less for now. We are hoping for half a day on Tuesday afternoons and a full day on Wednesdays to start, with the possibility for more hours later. We have some flexibility with the schedule right now, though really need main daytime hours on Wednesdays (i.e., from 9:30 am onward) if at all possible. I would like you to focus on basic care, routine milestones, and age-appropriate sensory engagement. This includes managing feeds, diaper changes, and naps, as well as actively promoting physical and emotional development through tummy time and reading.
