Seeking 1:1 respite caregiver to a teen with ASD. Assisting with household tasks such as laundry, dishes and vacuuming. Providing verbal prompts with grooming and eating. No personal care. Transportation to practices and running errands, such as picking up groceries. Companionship and support. Providing emotional support, engaging in conversation, helping with activities. Communicating with family members.
Ensuring the safety and well-bring of the individual in your care. Patience and compassion are essential traits for this position.
