Our ideal match would be: A "career" nanny with previous infant experience, trained in/uses Montessori/Reggio/RIE/gentle/respectful/authoritative approach. No screens. Balances guided vs. independent play. Supports with Baby Led Weaning (with diet restrictions), no-cry naps, positive discipline & eventual potty training. Occasional local outings (public library, local park, etc.). Some light housekeeping (i. e. during naps). Comfortable with pets (3 cats, 2 dogs). CPR & first aid certified. Ideally 1:1 care, but maximum 1 child of your own.
