We are a busy but fun family moving to Huntsville seeking a reliable, energetic, and experienced full-time Nanny to care for our three wonderful children: a 7-year-old, a 5-year-old, and a lively 2-year-old toddler.

Key Responsibilities:

• School & Daycare Transportation: Safe morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups (must have a clean driving). Vehicle (2025 Honda Odyssey to be provided).

• Daily Care & Activities:
• Engaging, age-appropriate play and learning for the toddler (songs, sensory activities, story time, outdoor play, simple crafts).

• Homework help and enrichment activities for the older kids.

• Light meal prep, snacks, and maintaining a safe, clean play environment.

• General household tasks related to the children (laundry, tidying toys, etc.).

• Flexibility with occasional evenings or date nights.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 2+ years of professional nanny or childcare experience, especially with toddlers and school-age kids. CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified).

• Personality: Warm, patient, creative, and reliable. Someone who loves kids and can keep the energy high while maintaining structure and routines.

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean background check, non-smoker, references required.

• Passion for child development and creating joyful, educational moments every day.

Schedule & Compensation:
• Flexible schedule (approximately 40-50 hours/week, 40 hours guaranteed even if family is out of town, Monday–Friday).
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

They both attend ABA therapy during the week but they are done with therapy before I am able to get off of work. I also have a toy yorkie that may need assistance with restroom breaks, therefore caregiver must be comfortable with pets as well. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible, willing to pay between $10-$15 an hour, plus mileage and gas.
