Super bright daughter needs someone to play and interact more than I am able to. My daughter is (mostly) an only child, (we have my husband's son every other weekend), and ABSOLUTELY loves games, playing outdoors, crafts, projects, and reading books! I am an online student/stay-at-home mom and I might retire before I get my degree at the pace I'm able to study at currently! Ha!
We are open to a nanny share with another girl around our daughter's age if that's needed, otherwise, we would prefer a typical nanny situation. Care will be provided at our house preferably. We are flexible with certain accommodations. I will be home 99.9% of the time studying when care is needed. I am hoping to find someone that loves to be involved and interact with children, has stamina to answer all the questions 5 year Olds ask, exhibits patience, grace, and empathy, and someone that can facilitate activities that keep our busy girl busy!
Hours are flexible. I am not desperate to find someone asap and am willing to wait for the right fit for our family. My "ideal" nanny would start around 1245/1pm and stay until about 7p. The main job would be to keep our girl happy with tons of engagement and interaction, yet we would ask that our nanny prepare and clean up after lunch and snacks, and we would super appreciate if making dinner for the family was a possibility. Days would be flexible (if needing to schedule a day off here and there, that's totally fine,) but would mostly revolve on a Monday-Friday basis. (We are flexible on set days as needed). We would increase hours to 40 hours/week once summer break is upon us.

We’re a Christian family looking for both full-time and part-time help. We have 4 wonderful kids, Ava (9), Flynn (7), Rosemary (5), and Beatrice (11 months). I (Brien) work up in Kent, and Emily is around the house but has appointments during the week where she’ll need help covering the kids. Our job is probably 60-70% house-focused, 30-40% childcare focused. We’d love help getting the kids up and ready for school, and then help in the afternoons and evenings as well, so drop-off and pick up could be involved. We have no pets, so that makes it easy! Meal-prep would also be appreciated. We’re looking for someone 6am-3pm, and then someone available 3-8pm as well.

Hi! My name is Rebekah and I am mama to Willa- a social, busy, and bright 2 yr old girl. We are looking for a nanny share arrangement that is part-time, at our house or at the other families (or a mix of both!)… I do love the idea of Willa being cared for at the same time as other children, because I am also hoping to find her friends and some social time. I am very flexible on days and time, just needing time to get a few things done without my toddler with me. Plus, I am also expecting baby #2 in March and would like to have a good arrangement in place by then. My husband and I are both vaccinated and boosted and are still being somewhat careful with Covid, especially with pregnancy and a newborn joining us soon. We’d hope to find people that are like-minded in that area. Overall I’d like to think we’d be a great family to work with :)
