We’re looking for a nanny for our 2-month-old starting July 20. The position begins part-time and transitions to full-time on October 19 when I return to work. This would be approximately a 1 year commitment through Summer 2027. We’re seeking someone ideally within 25 miles or less than a 35-40 minute commute.
Schedule
Part-Time (July 20–Oct. 16)
• Mon/Wed/Fri: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Full-Time (Oct. 19–Summer 2027)
• Mon–Thurs: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Fri: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Requirements:
• Infant experience
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Background check
• 2 professional references

Part-Time Nanny Job: The B Family with 1 Child
We are a friendly family in McDonough looking for a dependable nanny for our almost 3 year old son. He currently attends preschool and participates in therapy services. Responsibilities include engaging play, outdoor activities, meal and snack assistance, occasional participation in therapy-related activities, and helping reinforce skills at home through fun and engaging play.
We are looking for someone patient, energetic, reliable, and comfortable creating age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and independence. Hours may include weekdays, occasional evenings after preschool, and some weekends for date nights. Openness to occasional travel with the family is a plus.
We are also expecting a new baby, so additional daytime hours and long-term opportunities may become available in the near future as our family’s needs grow.
We hope to find someone who will become a valued part of our family.

Seeking care Thursdays and Fridays in the early afternoon. Hours will vary slightly but will generally be in the window of 12-4pm. We expect to extend hours to evenings and perhaps increase days in the fall.
Children keep a regular schedule and will need to do basic schoolwork (homeschooled), take a daily rest, play outside, etc.
