A little bit about us
To be transparent, as we know this matters to some and we respect everyone’s choices, we are a loving two-mom family in Tucker, Georgia. We have three children: a busy and independent almost 18-year-old, an energetic 8-year-old boy, and a sweet 3-year-old girl. Our oldest is pretty much always on the go, so childcare would primarily be for our younger two.
We’re hoping to find someone who is kind, dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoys children. Honesty and reliability are incredibly important to us, and we value creating a positive, loving, and encouraging environment in our home.
Our greatest need is weekday afternoons and evenings, typically from 4:00–8:00 PM, though we do have some daytime needs and are flexible with scheduling. We’re happy to work with the right person to create something that works well for everyone. We are also open to a live-in arrangement for the right fit.
Our kids stay active with school, camps, sports, and other activities, so a clean driving record is important. We would love someone who is CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to become certified—we are happy to provide the training. Duties would include school pick-up, helping with the evening routine, preparing snacks or light meals, and very light housekeeping related only to the children’s spaces and belongings.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who will love our kids, laugh with them, encourage them, and become someone they look forward to seeing each day. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear more about you and your experience. We look forward to connecting!
