A little bit about us

Looking for a compassionate & positive play friend for our 3 year old a couple times a week so I can get out of the house, do schoolwork, etc. He is a sweet little guy that connects best through engagement & imaginative play, as he is slightly behind with speech. Someone who is experienced with his age range is ideal, it will help us all in the long run!
Initially 2 weekday mornings per week are what I have in mind, perhaps one evening additionally. It would first just be in our home, but after getting to know each other well- I'd be open to someone walking him to the park, children's museum, etc. We have 3 older kids that come and go with their own schedules but you would not be responsible for them. We also have a french bulldog who is sweet company & sleeps most of the day! My husband works remotely, so he would be seen coming and going. It's a pretty active household.
Housework is not needed- just play and activities. If you are someone who passes too much time reading your phone while babysitting, please do not apply. We also do not want cranky people! Positive influences only please.

My oldest is Owen and is a great listener and is very protective of his sister while loving the solor system. Next is Nora, my middle child. She is awesome and can be shy when she first meet a person but opens up pretty quick. Lastly, Faith my youngest. The quickest way to her heart is food and lots of cuddles. Most time of the time these kids or pretty content and usually listen pretty well. Unless they wrestle each other but that's what kids do.
The hours will start from 7:00am - 11:00am. Expectation reliable transportation and is to keep the kids stay busy, help them have breakfast in the morning, can deal with dirty diapers and if needed help them change clothes when they are dirty or wet.
