We like her to be able to get outside and go out for walks in nice weather. Lucy loves to look at books and play. So being able to play is a must. Full-Time Nanny Job: The Fiore Family with 2 Children
We are in search of a reliable and caring babysitter to help care for our 2 children in our home in Downingtown. Currently, our wonderful nanny is leaving to have her first baby (due in early June), so we need someone to fill in her shoes.
Our children: We have a 3 year old son and a 6 month old daughter (who will be closer to 10 months when the job starts).
Our 3 year old son was diagnosed one year ago with Type 1 Diabetes. He has a continuous glucose monitor (Dexcom) and an insulin pump (Omnipod) to help manage his condition. We will teach you how we manage his daily routine - including treating his low blood sugars (juice box or apple sauce pouch), high blood sugars, and dosing insulin through his pump for meals.
The job entails child care at our home 3 days per week, starting at 7 or 8 am until approximately 5 to 5:30 pm. 1 of the days includes transporting our son to pre school at 9 am and picking him up at 11:30 am. My husband works from home Mondays and Fridays. I work in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday, and alternating Mondays and Fridays (3 days per week).
We also have some light house work needed. This could include assisting with the kids’ laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up at the end of the day.
