Babysitter Job: The Aguilera Family with 1 Child
Hello, we have a 2year old boy, Santiago. He is silly, loves fire trucks, race cars, motorcycles, puzzles, books and all sports. For fun he plays golf, baseball, soccer, rides his bike and scooter. He is a lover boy and loves to be put to work and feel like he is helping someone. When he’s feeling emotional, he needs extra hugs and then an art session.
We are looking for someone who will continue to instill independence and encourage manners and emotional regulation techniques. He is very smart and sensitive to other people’s energy so it is also important that you are able to regulate your emotions as well.
Overall, we are raising him to be a man of his word, be empathetic and compassionate for others, to always follow through and be well mannered and considerate to others.
If you believe you’d like to also help us in our mission with Santiago, then you are the person we are looking for. Someone who loves children and can speak to them on their level while also being another comfort person that perpetuates our teachings to him.
The job would be to come to our home during our designated date times and spend quality time with Santiago and follow his schedule for a period of 4hrs. His schedule is conveniently located on our Skylight organizer in the kitchen.
We are open to nanny share if the other child has some shared interests and comes from a home with similar values in raising a man.
Right now we’d like to start with 1 night a week and hopefully move to more. We want to build a relationship with our nanny with the hopes of making her a part time regularly scheduled nanny for date nights and sports practices. We’d love to build a routine with another family in a shared environment as well. Our lives revolve around Allen, McKinney, Plano and Frisco so we are open to sharing with a family in these zip codes.
Last item, this is not a deal breaker but we are a dual language home so a definite plus if you can practice speaking Spanish with Santiago.

The Nanny we hire will need to help keep kids safe and engaged during work hours and occasionally take them to a camp or activity. We're looking for someone to help out from roughly 9-3 PM M-F during the summer months. During next fall, we'll be adjusting the schedule to roughly 3-6 to help with after school transportation and engagement.
Oldest (10) and youngest (5) daughters are on the Autism Spectrum (Level 1). They are able take care of themselves, but require a professional who is comfortable working with highly sensitive kiddos.

We’ll need a nanny Monday-Friday most days. (Some days family may keep her) Hours would be 8-4. We will need someone experienced with infants. We will need someone beginning January-May. (Baby will be 3 months in January) We will follow a public school schedule so holidays, spring break etc would be off. Also, if we go this route we would like someone flexible in case we have days that a family member Would like to keep her. We would let you know this in advance. Finally, you would have to be a pet lover because we do have a sweet dog and cat that are also our babies. :)

My baby is 4 months old , just expecting you to find your own commute here and back home . Feeding him , playing , occasional naps is expected . He is teething so when he’s aggravated he has medicine u can apply . He does eat baby food , milk , and potatoes so if he’s extra hungry you can give it to him twice a day . I do live with my mother and sister . My sister goes to high school and my mother is recovering from surgery so you’ll mostly be in the living room or my bedroom .
