* Diaper changes and maintaining hygiene

* CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

The Nanny we hire will need to help keep kids safe and engaged during work hours and occasionally take them to a camp or activity. Looking for some help on weekdays, light cleaning, helping with the 3 year old while the 9 year old is home schooled. Then some babysitting at night on Friday and Saturdays while my wife and I go out. We have 3 children, 12, 9 and 3. The 12 year old is ok alone, the two younger are what are need is really for. Would prefer a license to take 12 year old to school and back if necessary, but not required most days, more of a back-up. Light cleaning would entail kitchen, bathroom, living room tidying up, and some light laundry. Would look for about 5 hours or less Mon through Fri, and then nights Friday and Sat. Looking for a flexible, trustworthy nanny who will care for the kids, play with them, and help them develop. The 20 hours I listed are just an estimate, wouldn't likely be more, could be slightly less based on any agreement that is amicable to both us and the nanny. We have two loving dogs and one cat, and are in their kennels if need be.
