It's simply ensuring he is safe and in bed on time when I'm not present. The times can be anytime between 730pm - 230am. I would prefer someone with CPR and first-aid certifications. That is mornings between from about 5:30 or 6AM until 7ish for drop off. And sometimes evening pick up but that is rarer. Happy to work out days and a pay scheduled where you are paid even if we end up not needing you that morning or afternoon.
