I can be flexible on Wednesdays because I only work until about noon, but would like to use the extra time to run errands, go to appointments, and relax! Responsibilities would include getting the baby dressed, giving her bottles (strictly formula) and two meals of solids, putting her down for naps, and of course playtime. You wouldn't have to take her anywhere, you'd mainly just be hanging out with her at the house. We do have a dog named Elsa (who can be more work than the baby, to be honest), but if you're not comfortable with her she can be crated during the day.
