Hi there! We’re the Parker family — Madi, Dustin, and our sweet baby boy, Anderson (Andy for short). We also share our home with two lovable dogs and a cat who thinks he runs the show.
We’re a warm, down-to-earth family who values kindness, communication, and laughter. Dustin is a pilot and student, and I works from home full time, so our household is a mix of busy schedules and cozy family time. We love being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time as a family.
Education and early learning are very important to us — we’re looking for someone who will be fun, engaging, and intentional about helping Andy learn and grow through play. Ideally, our nanny has experience in early childhood development or education and enjoys creating age-appropriate, stimulating activities.
While light household help would be appreciated, our top priority is that Andy receives plenty of attention, interaction, and care. Being bilingual or proficient in ASL would be a wonderful bonus!

Hello! My beautiful two children need some help with being watched three days a week. My little boy is one year old and my daughter is almost 3 I would be needing help starting in August for the new school year and that is when he will be one and she will be almost 3 they’re very easy-going and on a great schedule, they love to play outside and are very easy to entertain. I would just need help three days a week between school hours because I am a teacher.

Or you are more than welcome to babysit in our home as both parents work remotely (as long as you don't mind our goofy dogs Barnum and Bailey!).
