A little bit about us

My wife and I are looking for a reliable nanny for our 4 year old son. We have a 2 year old golden retriever named Joy, an 8 month old mini dachshund dog named Ernie and two cats named Cheeto and Humphrey. Gabe does have speech delay and difficulty with emotional regulation. He currently goes to a special needs preschool that is from 7:15am-10:40am during the school year and during the summertime attends the same program just different timeframe from 8am-12pm. We're looking for someone who's organized, likes to be outside as much as possible to avoid lots of tv time, and can implement educational activities such as working on colors, numbers, shapes etc. Also hoping to implement a bathroom schedule to help with potty training! Looking for help M-F with occasional schedule flexibility times.
