Prepare nutritious and delicious lunches and snacks for children.

**Light House Cleaning:**
Assist with cleaning up children's messes, with encouragement for kids to participate in cleaning tasks.

**Communication:**
Effective communicator who promptly reports any incidents or changes, seeks approval for medication and provides regular updates on children's activities and behaviors.

**Discipline:**
Adhere to discipline policies, avoiding physical punishment and implementing time-outs or loss of privileges when necessary.

**House Rules Enforcement:**
Enforce house rules, including consequences for inappropriate behavior like hitting or using bad language, and encourage kindness and sharing.

**Tantrum Management:**
Handle tantrums with techniques like distraction, redirection, hugs, breathing exercises, or sometimes, ignoring.

**Safety Measures:**
Maintain constant supervision, follow safety protocols (no smoking/drinking on the job, no balcony access, no phones while driving), ensure seatbelt use, and keep hazardous items out of children's reach.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience in childcare or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable car

- Potty training knowledge or readiness to be trained
