I work in Bradenton and my office is just a minute walk from the courthouse. I am the Vice President of the company and I work from 8:30-5:00. I do have a fairly flexible job, but I’m also a single dad. I’m looking for someone who can come anytime after 12:00 noon- 2:30pm
and just help with the boys so I can actually work until 5pm. Right now I’m having to leave work everyday around 3:25pm in order to get them off the bus. I also have them enrolled in summer camp which goes from 8am - 3:00 or 3:30pm. So I would need someone that could pick them up from there during the summer. Hourly rates and schedules are flexible

My son is 4 and has severe Autism and ADHD, I am looking for someone who has experience with special needs children and has a lot of patience and understanding. He is a great kiddo and loves affection and attention. He's adventurous and brave but is nonverbal and so will take time to learn his love and temper language lol
I'd like to meet and talk and then if it seems like we are both on the same page then I'd like to introduce you and we can see how you both feel about each other.
It would only be possibly 10-15hrs/wk to get me a little free time because I am the full time parent and have no outside or family help with caring for him and it can be exhausting so it would only be a few hours at a time and probably during the evening at our house where he is comfortable and where his favorite things are. I am not opposed to eventual outdoor adventures but in the meantime you would be staying here around the house. Once we decide to move forward we can draw up a set schedule if needed with the same days and hours if it is easier. No housekeeping or chores, just watching my son and picking up his messes from the day.
Pay may be negotiable
