Full-Time Nanny Job: The Rider Family with 3 Children
Full-time nanny/family assistant for 3 children (including infant). Primary focus is childcare throughout the day, with responsibilities shifting based on schedules. Duties include infant care (feeding, naps, play), helping with younger child during the day, and after-school support for older child. During downtime: kids laundry, tidying play areas/kitchen resets, light meal prep, bottles. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00 p.m. (35 guaranteed hrs). 1-2x/month, one day shifts later (11:00am-7:00 p.m. or 12:00pm-8:00pm) with notice. Looking for someone proactive, organized, and reliable who takes initiative. Pay: $25-$30/hr + PTO, holidays, guaranteed hours. Occasional optional travel (expenses covered).

We are soon to move to Charlotte and looking for a well trained and experienced nanny to look after our little girl during the day. This job would start the first week of August 2026, length of time is TBD but minimum 18 months. Her father and I both work from home for a living, but will require a full-time nanny to look after her while we work Monday-Friday approximately 8:30am to 5:00pm (some flexibility with the time range). In- home is preferred, but open to local nanny share opportunity as well. General upkeep of the house in relation to looking after our girl and preparation of lunch is all that is required at this time.

Our son Brayden is 15 and on the Autism Spectrum and we are looking for someone that has some experience with special needs that we can introduce him to sometime soon to see if we can make this a recurring thing for him (and us!). He is a wonderful kid and is verbal, though he does have his own unique way of speaking to people😊 He is also very independent and loves being around new friends!
The dates and times are negotiable, as I am really just looking to find a few hours to start then go from there.

My wife and I have two kids - Rish is 4.5 years old and he is a bundle of energy and very cheerful and Kiv is 18 months old and she is the princess. We are looking for someone to become part of our little family and help us with raising the kids. We are a friendly couple but busy with work and studies. We have had a nanny before for last 2 years but we relocated to NC from the NYC area and hence are looking. Our nanny from before is our friend, we still text and FaceTime her all the time to chat. The kids attend daycare - so we will need someone before / after daycare and weekends would be amazing but we understand that weekends are not always possible. We will work through the hours to come up with someone which works for everyone!
