We are a military family stationed seeking a part-time nanny for our 20-month-old daughter, with another child due at the end of the year. We are looking for someone reliable, kind, and patient, who can engage our daughter in outdoor activities and various enriching experiences. As I will be working from home, we need a nanny who is comfortable with this arrangement and can provide consistent care. Additionally, the nanny should be comfortable taking care of a young infant when my husband returns to work after paternity leave next year. We value creating a warm and inclusive environment where our nanny feels like a part of our family, participating in family activities and contributing to a nurturing home atmosphere.
