A little bit about us…

My family needs a sitter/part time nanny for 1-2 days a week from early morning until one of us gets home. It would include coming to our home to help get the younger kids ready, dressed, and fed and taking 1 child to school or staying home with all 3 (if it was on Friday). The rest of the day would include taking care of our 3 & 4 year to include playing, making lunch/snacks, taking them to fun outings, keeping them safe, caring for them and having fun! We have a 3-year-old boy, a 4-year-old boy, and an 11-year-old boy. The older teenagers three do not need as they go to high school/college and will usually be gone for the day. One of us could be home by 3:30 or we could do a longer day and be home by 6:30 (if you need more hours)

A little bit about us…

Looking to hire a long term nanny for our 2 boys starting in July. Would prefer you to care for them in our home and asking not to have any other children in our home at this time.
We have an 8 year old son that is Type 1 diabetic and would be happy to discuss more of his needs in private.
We also have a 1 year old.
Hours most days would be 8:00am until 4:30 pm except on Wednesdays we’d need you here from 8:00am until 6 pm. This would be 3 days a week with potential for more hours for date nights/short days if we’re needing to go to appointments. No weekends or major holidays.
We also have 2 dogs so need to be comfortable with them.
Things that are expected are to really engage with our boys, take them outside to play, crafts, etc, meals, light clean up.
Please only serious inquiries. Thank you!

A little bit about us…

We warmly invite a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented In-Home Nanny to become a part of our family and contribute to the joyful care of our three little treasures: a playful 2-year-old boy, an adventurous 1-year-old boy, and a sweet 1-month-old baby girl. We are hoping to find someone who can bring an extra pair of hands and a heart full of love to assist the mother from Monday to Friday, who will be right there at home.

As a family, we deeply value long-lasting connections, and we're eager to build a meaningful and enduring relationship with our future nanny. If you have a heart for service, enjoy being around children, and are looking for a commitment that's more like becoming a part of a family, then we'd be overjoyed to welcome you into our loving home. We're excited to meet the person who feels just right for us and our little ones.

What is a nanny contract and why is it important?

A nanny contract is a legal document that clearly outlines the terms of the nanny's employment. It typically includes details such as hours, wages, duties, and expectations of both parties. What do I need to know about nanny payroll?

Nannies are considered employees, not independent contractors. As such, families are legally required to withhold Social Security, Medicare, and federal and state income taxes from the nanny's pay. Using a nanny payroll service can simplify this process and help both parties stay compliant with tax laws.

Why are background checks important for nannies?

Families entrusting the care of their children to a nanny need to have confidence in their choice. One key way of gaining this confidence is through comprehensive background checks.
