Her kids are well behaved and she treated me amazing. I also learned a lot while working for Brynn that I wouldn’t have learned from just any job. The job requires picking kids up from school, making dinner occasionally (the kids would help me with this), taking the kids to piano or soccer, and just tidying up the house. This just consisted of doing the dishes and cleaning the kitchen area. Some days I would play more with the kids, and other days I would do more cleaning, but it’s really good to have a balance between cleaning and playing with the kids. We do not expect any housework duties to be preformed other than helping the girls clean up messes they make through out the day. We are a very relaxed, easy going family and the girls are on a predictable schedule (with a quiet/nap time from 1-3 pm) that makes the day run smoothly. Aside from being great with kids the most important trait for our new sitter is reliability. We totally understand that things happen and no one can have perfect attendance, but it is vitally important that it is not a regular occurrence. Pay is negotiable.
