A little bit about us

I have a 2 year old and a 7 month old. I work for myself My job allows some flexibility. I'm looking for someone to come to my house 2 to 3 days (M,Th, F) a week from 8am to 5:00. I would like my 2 year old to be on a strict schedule with bathing, napping, eating, playing and learning. I have learning activities available. we would like someone who has experience with infants as well as toddlers. The nanny needs to make sure they are meeting their milestones. No pick up or drop off necessary. We have a small dog that I feed before and after work. She is potty trying to the house. I would also like the nanny to keep the living/dining area clean and dishes( kids plates, cups and bottles) washed.
