As a nanny, we are seeking someone who is highly motivated, hands-on, a self-starter, with great communication skills with the proven ability to multi-task. You will be the nanny to two amazing children, under the age of three. The candidate must have an educational background, teaching experience, or have the ability to offer educational learning, and teach the children daily with planned lessons including but not limited to math, science, art/crafts, music, and other age-appropriate educational activities. The ideal candidate must be friendly/happy, professional, lead a healthy active lifestyle, passionate about their position as a nanny, have a great work ethic, patient, and seeking a long-term position.
Household: Tidying and daily organizing, the organization of the children's toys, rooms, and play areas. This family does have a small indoor dog that may need to be let outside for potty breaks and ensure food bowls are filled (no dog walking required).
Meals: Preparing/cooking healthy meals and snacks for the children.
COVID safety: Due to a family member who is autoimmune compromised it is critical for this candidate to take extra sanitation precautions when working and outside of work. The family is looking for someone who uses caution in social settings, avoids large crowds/gatherings, adheres to social distancing when required, wears a mask in public, and is fully vaccinated. Must also be comfortable wearing a mask while working when necessary.
Professional Experience: At least 2+ years of professional nanny or teaching experience in private homes with infants, toddlers, or school-aged children.
Language: Fluent in English
