Hi there, we've got 1 four-month old boy and are looking for someone to come take care of him 3-4x a week, for about 4-5hrs at a time. Mom and Dad work for nonprofits and educational institutions and are home most of the time - we just need an extra pair of hands! I am a freelance photographer and my husband is an engineer. On certain weeks we will need full time hours, on other weeks we would not, and some days may require a more 7am - 7pm schedule. All depends on my very flexible work schedule and my husbands work schedule. We are willing to host or to travel.
I would love for my daughter to get outside everyday. I am hoping my child will receive more attention in a nanny share versus day care, as affection and interaction is so important in childhood - as well as be more flexible with non-traditional work schedules.
I am down to earth, fairly laid back, and try not stress about the little things. I appreciate good communication, honesty, punctuality, and follow-through.
I would also love to find another family to nanny share with. Bi-lingual and a diverse environment is a plus for us!
