We are looking for in-home, part-time childcare for our two young children, three days a week starting in late-June or early-July.
Leila is a curious, social, observant, generally happy child who loves to talk, draw, and dance along to all sorts of music. So far, she absolutely adores her little brother, Alex, who is... well, an infant.
We live in North Bethesda, walking distance from the Grosvenor/Strathmore Metro Station and convenient to the Beltway and 270. We don't have any pets, and Leila is working with an allergist to desensitizing some food allergies (peanuts, almonds, pistachios, & cashews).
Ideally, we're looking for someone who can watch Leila from around 9:30am to 5:30pm, three days a week, but we are flexible as to which days and would be open to different hours.
We are currently planning to keep both kids at home with a nanny until they reach school-age, so we're looking for a good long-term fit for them and our family.
We love our current nanny (Mari), but she just got married and is moving to another city. After interviewing with us, we'd be happy to connect you so she can also tell you more about her experience in our household.

My husband and I are re-locating to the Montgomery County area and we are looking for a full time nanny for a 2 year old toddler and newborn (6 month old). Both boys. We prefer someone with experience with handling young and multiple children with ease. Schedule will be Monday-Friday beginning at 7am. Some days will be half days and other days will be longer—lasting until 5pm. A few evening and weekend shifts will be needed here and there. Some responsibilities will be caring for and ensuring safety of two children, preparing meals for the toddler, engaging in educational activities, taking toddler to the park/day activities, and doing laundry/light cleaning of room.
