We are hoping to join a nanny share for our 8 month old M-TH roughly 8:30 AM -3:30 PM (May have some flexibility with schedule). We would love to find a family who we connect with and with a child who is a similar age to our little guy so they can be buddies. We are hoping to find a nanny who has a background in early childhood development. Communicational and emotional responsivity, language, and motor focus are important to us as well as someone who is just fun and engaging for the kids!

We have two girls, ages 13 and 15 and need help with driving. It would mostly be picking them up from school, Monday through Wednesday and driving one kid to practice on Monday after school. We also have a dog who we would need pick-up for on Monday and Wednesday. We would also like someone who could help with meal planning, prep and grocery shopping help as well. Hours would be around 10-4:30 on Mondays, 2:00-4:30 on Tuesdays, and 2:30- 4:30 on Wednesdays.

I am looking for someone who has experience with taking care of kids with special needs. Both of my kids are autistic and have some sensory and behavioral issues. For the most part, they are very sweet and love to eat. I will be needing someone who can be available to pick them up from the bus take them out to the park, playground or for a walk so they can have some outdoors time, let them have a snack, make them dinner, and get them ready for bed. I am also looking for someone who can watch them for 5-8 hours two or three times a week. I am not requiring housekeeping, but I would like for someone to at least clean up after the kids.

Responsibilities
- Engage with child (reading, playing with toys, singing, etc.)
- Change diapers
- Bottle feed child per designated schedule
- Comfort child and put him down for naps
- Keep living areas safe and free from hazards
- Sanitize pacifiers and toys on a regular basis to keep them safe and minimize the spread of germs
- Go for walks in the stroller
- Keep living areas tidy (e.g., putting away toys)
- Keep notes of child feeding, sleep, and behaviors
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- Love of children
- Punctuality, adaptability, and patience
- Excellent communication skills
- 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of experience
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to provide references
- Must be okay with (friendly) dogs
Preferred:
-Training in first aid and CPR
- Expertise in early childhood development
