My husband and I are seeking childcare for our 3 month old boy, Bobby, while we are at work. We currently reside near York & 136th in Thornton. This position would be for 2-3 days a week to start with the potential for it to become 5 days a week later in the year. Pay will be $25/hr and will be for 8-9 hour days depending on the day of the week. This schedule would be consistent week to week, but may change days occasionally based on work projects since we are both engineers. We also have 2 dogs, a bouvier and a wheaten terrier, that will be at the house while you are here. No extra dog care would be needed except for some pets and snuggles! We are looking for a full time nanny for our infant, age 5 months, to become an extension of our family and grow with us over the long term. We’re looking for someone who is patient, positive, loving, reliable and collaborative. We appreciate attention to detail and high levels of communication.
The nanny will be expected to organize play and education opportunities in the Montessori style. As our child grows, we will want your assistance with introducing solid foods in a safe manner, as well as encouraging a consistent sleep schedule. Your primary role will be child care, but we will also ask for some assistance with household management such as grocery shopping, meal prep and light cleaning.
Mom works from home full time and dad works out of the home full time. We share our home with two sweet old cats. We love the outdoors and want to encourage this love in our child as well. This is our first child and we are having so much fun getting to know her. She is a chill baby who loves to wiggle, smile and chat. We will appreciate you learning our parenting style and maintaining consistency, and we are also open to learning from you.

-Guaranteed hours M-F 8am-3pm with every other Friday off

-$22-$30/hour DOE through payroll service

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Critchfield Family with 1 Child
Hi there! We recently received news that our wonderful in-home nanny is moving and we are looking for some part-time care throughout the week. While we have some flexibility in scheduling, our ideal dates are twice-weekly, on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. While we would certainly consider another in-home nearby, we are happy to host at our house also. The hours would be between 7 to 5, but we have some flexibility in a little later or earlier, depending on location. We also have a three year old Newfoundland pup, who is friendly and pretty laid back, but we’d want a nanny or family that is okay with dogs, as we know our big pup can be a little bit intimidating for those who aren’t used to dogs. Lastly, we would love an opportunity to socialize our son with another kiddo or kids, so we’d certainly be open to a nanny share as well.
